Board Change

FFastFill plc announced today that Chris Stone, chief executive, has resigned with effect from 21 February 2003. Chris was previously chief operating officer of FFastFill Europe and was appointed chief executive in October 2001.y

In announcing the move Keith Todd, chairman of FFastFill, paid tribute to Chris Stone’s considerable contribution to the company over the past year. “This has been a very difficult time for the sector and for FFastFill. Chris’s efforts in working for the best interests of FFastFill during this period have been unstinting. His experience of the markets’ requirements provided the company with stability and direction and his leadership allowed the company to build a basis for future development.

In this context we are very pleased to be able to retain Chris’s services as a consultant advising the Board on financial markets.

However we also understand Chris’s wishes to further his career in different ways and wish him every deserved success in future.”

His responsibilities will be taken over by Keith Todd.
