The board of FFastFill plc would like to announce that James Rankin, a non-executive director of FFastFill plc, has left the company on 20 January 2006, as he is leaving the UK to live in Australia.

Keith Todd, Executive Chairman of FFastFill plc commented "we are very grateful for James' contribution to the development of FFastFill and we him wish well for his new life in Australia"
