Exchange Connectivity services

FFastFill's fully managed network service provides clients with a wide range of exchange connectivity services delivered to comprehensive, user-defined Service Level Agreements (SLA).

The service has been engineered to provide exceptionally high availability, performance and security and is capable of supporting a range of trading related functions including front, middle and back office applications, as well as connectivity to multiple trading exchanges and access networks. It is entirely application neutral and highly scalable, making it suited to a wide range of institutions irrespective of their size or chosen technology.

The service is monitored using FFastFill's comprehensive service management system, which like the platform itself has no single points of failure. The service can be configured at its edge to meet different customer-defined service levels as well as providing for customer specified equipment to also be monitored by the system.

The core of the service is a fast IP network based on high speed, resilient router technology employing hardware based switching. This core network has been implemented to meet an availability of 99.999% and has been tuned to achieve very fast unicast and multicast system recovery times
