Managed Application Services

FFastFill's managed application services offer the flexibility to implement high availability trading solutions in a proven environment backed by FFastFill's stringent Service Level Agreements (SLA).

The service provides the user with FFastFill's trading front-end for futures and options together with an extensive pre and post trade risk management capability as well as connectivity to the major European and US derivatives exchanges. In addition FFastFill's managed service platform is capable of supporting third party applications.

These services can be designed to replace existing applications to reduce cost or may augment existing capabilities in a discrete manner to provide multi-application resilience. Additionally, using FFastFill's Citrix based application delivery platform, the trading solution may be accessed from multiple sites. This provides real-time disaster recovery access, reducing exposure in the event of trading site loss.

Through the use of FFastFill's services, operational performance can be improved whilst reducing the client's total costs. Transparency of these costs also simplifies internal cost allocation.

Our managed application services are a combination of FFastFill's two core platforms: the exchange connectivity service, and FFastFill's new generation trading, tracking and risk management software. Each of these has been designed to support the provision of software as a service to the end user, removing the need for firms to continue to invest in skills and resources to keep pace with the ever increasing changes in technology and software upgrades. The service, which can be supported up to 24 hours a day, can be accessed via the web or dedicated leased lines configured to meet the clients needs.
