Application Services

FFastFill believes that application services are the way in which technology will be deployed in the future. They are the means by which a client can receive a service that encompasses all the technology an end user needs to trade, without any of the responsibility to procure, integrate, operate or maintain. It is, literally, trading at the click of a button.

When a client signs an application service contract with FFastFill we take on the responsibility for all the software, hardware, access network and exchange connections necessary to allow the end users to trade successfully. This commitment is based upon a clear understanding of the client's quality of service requirements. These requirements are then written into a Service Level Agreement, which is incorporated in the contract, thus ensuring our commitments are backed up commercially.

The provision of such a high-quality service cannot be achieved by, for example, simply hosting an application within a data centre. It is only through a full-scale re-architecting of all elements of the technology that a service, which supports the end user's business needs can be fully achieved.
