FFastFill Initial Statement The Board of FFastFill Plc ("FFastFill"), the AIM- listed global supplier of electronic trading technology leading provider of application services to the derivatives community, announces that a settlement agreement has been signed between Trading Technologies International (''TT'') and FFastFill in relation to a lawsuit filed against it yesterday in the United States District Court ("Court") by TT, alleging that FFastFill has infringed certain of TT's patents. The lawsuit will be disposed of once the settlement has been approved by the Court. The Directors believe that this agreement is in the best interests of FFastFill and they further believe that it will have no material financial impact on the Company, and they further believe that it will have no material financial impact on the company.. Once the lawsuit is officially resolved, a more detailed further announcement will be made.
