FFastFill plc (LSE: FFA), the leading provider of Software as a Service (“SaaS”) to the global derivatives community, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Carlisle as Chief Financial Officer for the Group.

Mr Carlisle, joins FFastFill from Kewill plc where he has served since March 2010 as Group Controller. He will take up his position in  April 2011 and will concurrently join the FFastFill Board of Directors (the “Board”).

Mark Andrew Russell Carlisle, aged 33, is a Chartered Accountant and is experienced both in leading and advising finance teams within UK listed, multinational companies. Qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2003, began his career at Deloitte where he rose to become a Senior Manager within the firm’s Technology, Media and Telecommunications Audit practice.
