Director/PDMR Shareholding and Issue of Equity

FFastFill plc (LSE: FFA), the leading provider of Software as a Service (“SaaS”) to the global derivatives community, announces that James Oliff, Joint Deputy Chairman of the Company, on 3 June 2011 exercised the following share options over ordinary shares in the Company of 1p each (the “Ordinary Shares”):

  • 500,000 options at an exercise price of 4p
  • 1,066,667 options at an exercise price of 1p

The options were initially granted in 2002 and 2003 and were due to expire in 2012 and 2013.

Following the exercise of options an application has been made for the admission of 1,566,667 new ordinary shares of 1p each (“New Ordinary Shares”) to trading on AIM. It is expected that dealings in these New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company, will commence on 10 June 2011.

Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the issued share capital will comprise of 418,591,316 ordinary shares.

The Company further announces that James Oliff has given notification of the sale of Ordinary Shares as follows:
