FFastFill plc (AIM:FFA) ("FFastFill" or the "Company") announces that the total number of ordinary shares of 1 pence each in issue as at the date of this notice is 418,621,316 with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 418,621,316.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosures and Transparency Rules.
