FFastFill plc (LSE: FFA), the leading provider of Software as a Service (“SaaS”) to the global derivatives community, announces that it has on 15 July 2011 received notification from ION Trading Ireland Limited that, as of 13 July 2011, it held 108,700,530 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), which currently represents 25.97 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
